Finding lively and healthy food...

There are 2 parts to this email. Part one about a new live-food restaurant and part 2 about a cool web site for finding healthy food.

1) I got an email recently from Karen Fierro of http://www.gardenofhealth.com/ announcing the opening of a new Raw Food Restaurant & Market. Here are the details:

Will officially open on Thursday, May 8th, 2003 (Restaurant name will be placed on the building soon. For now, just look for the 'Yoga Shala' sign. It is in the same building, ground floor. Open the Yoga Shala door, enter and make a left)

Hours of operation: 7 days 11am to 10pm

All ingredients are 100% Organic except for nuts (until suitable sources are located) The menu is reasonably priced and there is a wonderful variety of
salads, gourmet entrees, dressings, desserts, juices, smoothies etc.
Eat in or take out. This restaurant has ample seating.

Extra special thanks goes out to Fred Busch whose hard work and perseverance over the last few years has made this dream a reality for all to enjoy!! Next time you see him, give him a hug or warm handshake.
