Crust: raw pistachios, banana
Filling: organic strawberries, organic raisins, kiwis
To make the crust grind 1/2 pound raw pistachios, mash a 1/2 of a small banana and mix by using a fork. Roll between waxed paper with a rolling pin. Place crust in pie with spatula.
To make the filling mix 2 pints of organic strawberries and and half pound organic raisins. In a separate bowl, 6 kiwis were added, peeled and sliced. Pour mixture of strawberries in with kiwi, Pour entire mixture into pie crust. Place in dehydrator at 90 degrees for 12 hours.
